The Fontane town of Neuruppin sends its most famous son on a journey: Fontane is to explore the world as a Playmobil figure. The whole thing is intended as a photo competition. Anyone who puts pictures of Fontane's modern adventures on the Internet can win.

I like the idea of a traveling Fontane, but the Neuruppin web-shop seems to only ship to Germany. That's not much traveling for Fontane.
