This figures series is kind of weird. It seems like they're trying way too hard to copy everything Lego does.

If I were you, I would send your pictures to Playmobil, I'm sure they are useful for the R&D department. In the company where I work, we always take flaws in the products serious and we always try to find the cause and fix it.

Unfortuntately, I don't think they give a darn. After all, they don't want money. Or us, for that matter.

Can you tell me from which klicky you got those green arms? I was also thinking of using that beautiful coat of the grasshopper on a normal klicky.

I'll add your picture here, so you know what arms I'm talking about  ;) :

My head isn't what it used to be.  Getting old sucks. Of course, one could say that NOT getting old would be worse...  ;D

That jacket is BEGGING for it, isn't it?  Torso too, actually.
