ok, so i emailed DS either early this past week, or late the week before. I haven't heard anything from them....should i have? (USA)

I'd give it another few days. Sometimes you hear back the next day, sometimes it's a week or two.

ok, i just didn't know if i would get a generic "we got your email" email or not. I bought a set today that is 'broken' so i need to call them next week anyway. Or at least email them.
