It's a bit of a wasted opportunity that they don't include a SWAT van in the new police theme.

With the new police stuff it seems to make sense.. The SWAT van could be fully loaded with gas masks, several riot shields, batons, pistols, handcufs, etc.

At inofficial italian website pmobil.it you can get a closer look on the new sets for the 1st half of 2012 (dinos, police, ponyranch, etc.). All packages can be zoomed so you are able to see some more details like the functional banking machine at the new bank (police-theme). Looks like it spit some money if you put in a small card.

The new dinos seem to get the new modern package-design like top-agents and future-planet.

And there are three unknown sets or better some redesigns, maybe italian exclusives?

I don't like the different colored packages.. it makes playmobil get lost in the middle of the rest :(

Of course there'll be a lot of new sets (3-4 new or relaunched themes normally) for 2nd half of 2012 that will be official presented at the toy fair in nuremberg (february, 1st - 6th). Normally the "better informed circles" at klickywelt gave out the first pics and infos in the mid/end of january, so it shouldn't be too long from now.
