Some little paper work
« on: January 01, 2006, 19:40:24 »
Quite a while ago I already started to do some small paper-work stuff for the klickies (like others too, e.g. the little blue boxes from Socrates  ;D).  Today I extended this collection by some further items; so you can see here my current "reading collection" existing of two magazines and some Playmobil related books as well as the German Playmobil catalogues from 2005 and 2005/2006 (yes, indeed they are all visible within the picture  ;)).

Not wanting to keep these items by myself, with this I want to provide the templates exclusively to the PlaymoFriends community (for personal use only!) at the URL shown in the picture below.

Maybe they are usefull for the one or the other person for setting up some nice dioramas or photos.

p.s.: Yes, I'm also still working on the extension of the Little Blue Box collection started by Socrates, so be patient, they will come soon too.  :D

Thanks, Jochen ...

Great paper miniatures!

I also read your page on Playmobil "scale" ...

Since I am also a Playmobil/LGB train enthusiast, I decided long ago to just use LGB's scale of 1:22.5 for Playmobil, as well as LGB. This scale has worked very well for me, but I understand your explanation of why other scales might be more suitable for different situations.

Thanks again for all your work in creating, and sharing, your beautiful paper miniatures,
Richard

Hi Jochen...

They are soo cool... I love these little paper accessoires so much...

I did some by myself (after seeing yours...  :-[) to use them in our huge "Hand in Hand"-CityLife-Diorama at Wolfsburg 2005...

Let me see, if I can find a picture of it...  ::)

Ah, here we go... We used them as little handouts for a museum.
Most of them are empty paged, some have a middle page.

best regards,
socrates

Great work Little Jo,

That scene almost looks like the room I'm sat in now, my favorite has to be the Playmo Collector minature.

Thanks so much Little Jo. I love little paper miniatures for the klickies. One of my favorite parts of that Christmas set with the light-up tree (3931) is the miniature sheet music.

Ok, then again a successful mission: somebody could use at least the idea  ;D

Yes, in my eyes this is most times satisfying, because you only see the magazine/book in a closed position. I only made for the DIY magazine some inside pages because I wanted to use this also in an opened way.

Hm, regarding your positive feedback, I think I will make available such future pieces too. (I also found a 2004/2005 catalogue which I will add to the already provided PDF templates soon.)
