Hello guys!!
This meeting with the manager is good thing! But i hope to find a solution with the DS because i have tried many times but they put me in hold.I have tried to ask for it from the Germany Customer Service but they send me back to Greece.

Good morning,
The 20th of June is clear and available for the meeting.But because I shall be away from home the week of June between 12-19,we must fix the meeting for 20 of June.By the way i had many tries in past to try to talk with the Playmobil in Greece anf find solution for DS Services but the guys are simply "fragofoniades" and nothing else.It is a pity!By the way the have one or two dioramas with romans.
