I think a lot of people are already attached to certain playmo heraldry for their kingdom. Gangrel for instance and I would love to have the new Black Lion on Yellow/White for my main Kingdom of Belathre, as was already used in Winterhaven.

Could we maybe see what peoples ideal choices are and see if there are any huge issues?

I am already a bit invested in this, of course I can change of needed but I'd prefer not to!

Umm... I have no idea how to do that...
Or anything even close to that. :o

Though I agree, it would be cool. :eh?:

I ask that you guys create your own heraldry,
that way everyone can have a different one,
and there isn't any fighting over a specific one. :)

Here, this will help you create your own Heraldry:
http://www.yourchildlearns.com/heraldrygame/
It really is fun to play,
and you learn a lot about the way heraldry was back then.

Thats not a bad idea for some perhaps  but i dont see why not for me  having the Nuremberg guard as long as no one has any major issues with that . I dont want to have a custom made one and i really like the nuremberg guard  ....
:knight: Steck is Holy . Bring back more steck sets and its guardians , the Nuremberg Guards :knight:

I suppose...
But you could make heraldry almost exactly like the Playmo Heraldry.
Like this:

With this heraldry, I can still fly this flag: http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-64-5500
While still having a different heraldry.

That way when we have the tourney there can still be knights with all different heraldry,
But there won't be any kingdom Heraldry. :)
I guess if you really have your heart set on it though,
you can use Playmo heraldry.
I just encourage you to make your own. ;)

I have asked if people would like to make their own coat of arms...
No one has answered yet.
Perhaps you could lead? ;)
Will try to!
Cheers!

(This thread is very cool!)

By the way, a baron doesn't own any lands originally, I guess. Maybe a castle, maybe a baron is a magistrate in a town ...

King (Rex) - Kingdom/Realm
Duke (Dux) - Duchy
Count/Earl - County/Earldom(?)
Marquis ("frontier count") - March (frontier land)
(Baron/Knight - army or civil ranks/duties)

Barons do own lands.
In fact, barons can own quite a bit of land.
The Feudal system Works as such:

King,
Gives land to vassals (barons),
Gives lands to knights,
Gives land to peasants.

(Of course that is very simplified)
Barons would split there land between several knights.
So they would have to own quite a bit of land to do so.

This is just a follow up on this.
I know some of you may really love a Playmobil Heraldry,
but you can still have that Heraldry as "your" Heraldry...
Without it being yours. 8}

Here's what I mean,
I want the shield for the Black Lion Knights.
But I want others to be able to use it for a tourney,
while still maintaining my own unique heraldry
to distinguish my King from the Knight using said Heraldry.

So here is the heraldry for Rutileo:

Now I still keep the Black Lion Knight Heraldry... but not really. :P ::) 8}
Does anyone see what I mean?
I could do the same sort of thing for Giorginetto's Nuremberg Heraldry.
And if any other Kingdom wanted the Black Lion Knight shield as their Kingdom's Heraldry,
they could make another rendition of it.
Maybe a Red Lion holding a book. ???
Lots of opportunities. :yup:

Great ideas everyone!!! Since my king is also a red lion one I should come up with a small difference myself... then our two kingdoms Warrior must be family  ;)
