5577 bathroom - 5584 living room - 5583 bedroom
« on: October 02, 2014, 10:47:53 »
Here comes the new - sleek and modern - furniture!  :yippee:

Every room has some completely new items, which is very exciting  :)  I liked all the room sets, so I got all of them (that hasn't happened since the Victorian theme).
Normally there's a 'traditional' family to be formed with all the clickies from the different rooms, but this time there's only one child and a bunch of random people. Kind of fun  ;D

This is a review of the bathroom, living room and bedroom:

The bathroom

Gorgeous!! And I like the storage space behind the mirror.

The lady is pretty too, I think. Her underwear could work as a bikini.

One big problem though: I cannot get that toilet paper roll inside the holder. I've tried and tried!  :(

The living room

More of those modern looking sofas. They work well with the cushions.

Big surprise (at least to me): a new colour of bottle. It immediately made me think of Coca Cola.

Look at this: the band playing on tv is also in one of the magazine articles  ;D

I'm in love with the rug, can't help it. Psychedelic meets retro?

I didn't put the sticker for the sound system on (yet). The cabinet seemed more versatile without it.
It was really difficult to open the see-through cabinet door, once I had put it in place. I need the tiny fingers of a child for that one  :)

He looks cool, I like his hair and shirt.

The master bedroom

I love the bed  8-)  Something completely different, and in a nice colour scheme. And shelves in the back!

Pillows (although more pink pillows wasn't exactly necessary)

I'm not a fan of the hair, and this luxury villa theme has three of them. Tahra, I'll start a little collection, shall I?  ;)
But I like his clothes, especially the shirt. The pictures might be confusing, but he doesn't have a darker skintone.

I really like the tub (for some reason) - and that storage space is a great idea... The colors though... more gorgeous vases with odd colors :(

The lady is pretty too, I think. Her underwear could work as a bikini.

I like her very much! Thanks for showing her in detail :)

The living room

I don't really like the style, though I do have a (weird) soft spot for that table. The klicky is nice too.

What's with that fire thing? :o

The master bedroom

I really think the color ruins it. Except the pixar lamps =  They're soooo pretty :)

I also like that thing to put on the bottle.

Please do!  ;D

But I like his clothes, especially the shirt.

That shirt screams VIKING to me.

Thanks for the great reviews!

These are very nice looking sets.

Though I wonder what the clicky with the bedroom has planned with his champagne and glasses. Can two clickies lay properly on that round bed by the way?

Bonniebeth explained to me earlier - it's also in the guesthouse set. It's a gel or ethanol fireplace, an actual thing!

Do you hate the green bed sheets? Or do you not like white furniture?

That shirt screams VIKING to me.

Viking? I'm intrigued.

He is celebrating the purchase of his new bedroom furniture, and his girlfriend is camera shy.  ;)

They fit perfectly on there. It's quite big.

Doh. And I remember seing that then too now. Gah. I blame my old age!

I don't like the white with the green and the darn pink.

Viking? I'm intrigued.

ANYTHING with stripes these days screams viking to me... I actually think we have that torso, and he WILL be a viking once I (eventually) get there.

They fit perfectly on there. It's quite big.

How about three? >:D

Great review, thanks for sharing! I love the new, modern, sleek approach Playmobil has taken with this series. :)
Life's essentials: food, water, shelter and at least one klicky.
