Title: 5552 The Ferris Wheel!
Post by: leefert on May 31, 2014, 00:19:10
Today I decided upon the Ferris Wheel over the swings.  I however did not get the motor (and now wish that I had since they had it in stock.)  This set requires 4 AAA batteries to operate the lights on the Ferris Wheel.

It's got lots of parts to put together and sticker... It was like being in sticker purgatory today (and as I was stickering the cars I got tired and screwed up a few times).

But once you get it together you realize how big it is.

And then I put the train in front of it.

I forgot to mention that the cars swivel.  It's a pretty neat set and I'm glad that I bought it.  Now to save up to get the rest of the pieces.

Awe man. I keep telling myself, "This is too large. You don't need this. You won't have room for it." Yet every time I see it, I think I want it more.

I agree..

Thank you for the review - it is a real nice set!  (I do wish they'd stop with the darn blinkie winkies everywhere)

It is pretty large. You can see my large drink cup in the one picture that turns out to be a nice comparison for scale.

Nice clickies too, there are not that many asians and this father and daughter are nicely dressed.

Can't wait to get this set. They don't have it on the shelves yet at my TRU. They have the motor, but none of the sets it is compatible with! Thanks for the review, it's nice to get an idea how big it is.

It's big, sounds great to me. A big Farris wheel is a must.

We are looking forward to this set

Thanks for the review.

Well I can say that it is toddler approved! My nephew LOVES it! He can easily turn in and put people in and out of the cars.  I even had to ginger more people singe could fill all the cars

Thank you, autocorrect, huh? ;D

That's good to know. My niece is seven and she has a great deal of trouble getting klickies in and out of cars and the school bus. If I decide to let her play with this, maybe she won't get so frustrated.

That Ferris Wheel looks like a really nice set I'm sure it will be a good centrepiece for the fair and the stickers also look good although I understand what you're saying about it being a lot of work applying them all and getting them straight. The Klickies are also nice like the hair on the fairground worker and a lot of the kids I've seen so far seem to be very nicely dressed the aisian girl's certainly got a nice floral design and I like the boys shirts  :)
