Thanks for the kind comments. When my wife mentioned she wondered how many full skirts there are, that was the only excuse I needed to start collecting them! I presented the collection to her as a Christmas present last year (it has taken me that long to finish the report... Delayed by the 2016 releases and the 'discovery' of the Quick figures).

Tiermann: thanks for those links, which helped confirm my collection is reasonably complete; Playmo-family has an additional light pink child's skirt but hasn't included the one from 6626. What I found most interesting was that Klickywelt contributors appear to have the facility to add to a post indefinitely, so Playmo-Family has added more pictures (most recently in March 2016) to her first post (in May 2008) as new skirts have been issued.

StJohn: I originally (and Anglocentrically) thought reifrocke was a compound of rei and frock (frock being a rather antiquated word in English for a dress or skirt, as I am sure you know). But it's likely a compound of reif and rock. Reif translates as ripe or full, but reifen or hoop sounds plausible too.

At that moment the ship suddenly stopped rocking and swaying, the engine pitch settled down to a gentle hum. 'Hey Ford.' said Zaphod, 'that sounds good. Have you worked out the controls on this boat?' 'No,' said Ford, 'I just stopped fiddling with them.' (With thanks to Douglas Adams)

I believe Playmo-Family is a moderator, so she has long term access to threads that regular members would lack.

OT...

I believe Playmo-Family is a moderator, so she has long term access to threads that regular members would lack.

AFAIK, usually in a forum I've always been free to edit my comments.. whenever.

It is not usual (in my experience) to have that time limit.

Truly amazing research and documentation, Graham!  You also have done a great job with the photos - the klicky/skirt photos are all so well-lit and well-staged - I wish I had the patience (and know-how) to achieve this type of result.

There is one more "Reifrock" now.

Thanks for posting, Jitka! Of course its OK to post it here (its totally relevant and very helpful, unlike some of the contributions I make on other people's threads, quite often :-[).

I have seen into the future* and there will be many new skirts to come, so its helpful when people flag them up, especially when they are only available in some countries (we don't get the Girls Magazine here in the UK unfortunately!). That is a lovely figure, I will have to see what I can do about getting hold of that magazine....

*I cannot be more specific due to PCC confidentiality!

That's a nice klicky. Is she wearing red or magenta? I want one!

It´s magenta.
The dress has the same pattern like the little lady here:

I like this skirt very much - in both colors.
