Nice work there. I have bought a 4262 police bike also and was wondering how to get it apart. I want to repaint and make into a civilian cruiser. Did you paint yours together or did you take it apart and paint?  I was able to take apart the police bike in my biker custom but I don't want to break this one. Can you help a brother out? :)

yes I can with a real pleasure elric

you pull the two pots of exhausts like the arrow Number 1
the small piece indicated by the number two must detach

in this picture, we can see the two small pieces of the engine

now we can remove the fairing of the motorcycle

you have to use a small screwdriver to pry and to separate the two parts of the framework

like this

we finish with the fairing
you have to take your small screwdriver

I hope that this reply help you
and we wait the photo of your custom
