My mini-subcollection of grasshoppers.  Apparently they're a klezmer band called The Schlamazel Orthestar. I them.

+ another band member (I think they need a larger range of instruments, I wish there was a clarinet for them!) 

  er, I've already broken up the band & made another lady, but she's being a little shy..

I think Glika (my original lady) is very happy to have a new female friend & not be the only grasshopper lady.

Love your grasshoppers! Having a band is a great idea. Keyboards should be pretty available still so you could add one of those perhaps.

Thanks Tiermann! So far they have the double bass/cello?, saxophone, violins & accordian, I'd really love a clarinet & cimbalom for them, but I don't think a Playmobil clarinet exists (there's an oboe? but no idea how easy they are to find) & I'm pretty certain there is no cimbalom or anything similar  .  At some point I'll get them a lute & mandolin, & not sure what brass instruments there are, I need to check..

Thanks, the mushroom works great with them right!

She was very shy & hiding in the mushroom at first, but Glika did a great job of building her confidence & getting her to come out & say hello.

Thanks Tim! I'd looked through the first lot but not the second (gah! the organ & harp are great!)  .  I already had a bunch of things added to my wishlist but couldn't remember all the items! (er, I was trying to forget FOR NOW to protect my wallet!) 

The klezmorim are demanding an oboe, trumpet, mandolin, lute & guitar.    Please don't encourage them more!!
