This picture is featured in the ' Story of A Smile Book' , it is Horst indeed , shortly after Playmobil was taking off

Whenevr i read the word ' pretty ' associated with a man brings back the movie ' Anger Management ' ( of of my favourite US comedies of all time ) when Sandler is forced to stop his car on a NY Bridge and sing ' I Feel Pretty'  whilst passing motorists swear at him , Nickolson joins in and they sing along . Absolutely hilarious i swear i cry with laughter whenever i see this scene !!!!!!!!!!

so ... ::) ::) does that mean that's him on the photo? it may refer to him because of the playmobil

It makes it highly likely. I know when I choose a name for an image file, the first thing I think of is to use a name that describes what or who is in the picture. It's just simple common sense to do so. :)
