That belt logo looks like what was used on the Top Agents theme. From there somewhere? I thought at first maybe the new Dino Mech theme, but nope no obvious matches there.
The print IS from the robogang... but not in these colors, afaik - nether the print itself or the torso...
As to that theme, I believe they are all - well, the prettier ones, at least - those horrid spirit klickys types (the anoretic army? ridiculous - I mean, MORE ridiculous)
