Let me know if I missed anything!

Great review, Tahra! (I'm commenting here rather than on Fakebook). It's good to see all those new parts, colours and prints. I think there is one new hair sculpt there, on Rex. Several new hair colours (Charlie, Marla, the Sheriff) and a new beard (Sheriff) too, probably.

I like the Robotitron figure because it's a solitary reference to the early days of Playmospace. It will be good to replace some of the missing wheels on old examples too!

What is left for Series 2 I wonder?

I thought Valera was new in that color too..  And Rex has another unmentionable hair.

I think he should be in another color. But the wheels are good :)

What do you mean? That is known since some time (at least end of May)... I put it on the PROCESS when I came back, and it's also in the main "The Movie" page (link above)...

Sorry, Tahra, I haven't been paying careful attention. I prefer to see good pictures of new sets (with the klickies dissected if possible  >:D) than promo pics. I will go and have a proper look now....

Thank you Tahra - so much useful information, you are so thorough!

In Valera's writeup, you mention her skintone - that's what I'm calling "dark tan skintone". Is everyone else the most-common light skintone, or are some the summer-holidays "light tan" skintone perhaps?

Interesting about the different hair/beards in the light-blond colour (I already have blond, light yellow, yellow-orange, bright yellow, so here's another) and Maria's brown! Chocolate brown perhaps?

I think I'm just going to categorize all the faces as "cartoon face" and leave it at that... I'll never keep up with describing all those unique faces.

Yep, all the others (in the Figures, not the sets!) are either "white" (as in the oldest light skintone - this gets so complicated, especially when there IS white and black as actual "skin colors"  :-\ ) or the existing tan...

I think it is obvious, so I think I never mention that... I guess it's NOT so obvious just from pics, right?  :-\  Especially with pics from me..  :-[   Del, Charlie and the Hillbilly are tan...

We find it very hard to come up with names for everything :(  And the hair molds. Gods.  It is a shame that light blonde doesn't match Gobber's (who has a horrid hairsculpt :( )

LOL - well, Rex's is horrid. The others are mostly ok, variety and all.

Regular newish summer-holidays tan. Got it. I suspected, but am glad of a definite answer.

Light-blond hair.... it's so close! WHY?? New plastic-pellets supplier with a different pantone interpretation of "light blond"?

And, I was waiting until the plans came out for the other sets to give them their numbers, but realize that if they're disassemble-able, they AREN'T the same number - probably don't actually have numbers, but are just a collection of body-parts with numbers. (The "76" numbers, I am assuming, include everything in the bag.) The figures have k-numbers so I'll have something to describe.

Who knows?! I was looking forward to a match for those long whiskers (I HATE his hair), and then... nope. Bah. Double bah.

I still think it's weird that these are figures.  ???

News flash: the Hillbilly's hair is the same as the 'normal' hair that's included in 70042 - Ruffnut and Tuffnut with Flight Suit (https://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showinv.pl?setnum=70042).

Ref: https://www.playmobil.de/ersatzteilsuche?q=30094992 (https://www.playmobil.de/ersatzteilsuche?q=30094992)

So, is Gobber's hair different from what I've been calling "light yellow", PlaymoDB Who's That Klicky: Hair_colour = Light yellow (http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/whoami.pl?hair_colour=light%20yellow;), or is it this particular hairpiece that's the new colour?

(slowly losing my mind)

Great series, really like Valera and some of the others. On Robotitron he also has the painted eyes, so a couple of differences form the original Robby style. Looking forward to them being released in the US soon.

Tahra do you think the light grey cape with Charlie is the same very light grey that the polar bear head hat is? It would be great to have that for a combo.
I saw a Figures series 16 figure in a post online from someone in Spain, so those must be about to be released as well.

Ah, yes... and the same color as the twin too (the girl, I can't tell them apart, never remember who is who  :-[ )

Gobber's is darker - I thought the pic showed that?

I don't think it matches anything really - comes close to a blonde cavewoman hair from a hiking guy with a dog, but I think not a perfect match either :(

(from somewhere in the PROCESS - also on the latest xmasy dio..)

I don't know, but I can check on the weekend, if I remember...

Figures are out, yes... I WANT THEM TOO :hissyfit:
(still the roman dio to sort, and it doesn't even have a name yet  :-[  )

This guy, you mean. He's not regular blond? Darn.

OK, so it's Gobber's hair that's the odd one out, and the hillbilly's hair that's the same shade as the other ones. I'll call it... light blond I guess, since the existing colour is called light yellow.

Perhaps with the one of the marriage set of Dragons? https://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showinv.pl?setnum=70045

It's also grey, but apparently another part number.

Dang it, I put away a couple today... But I didn't remember to compare.  ::)  Getting old sucks :(  (though I suppose NOT getting old would be worse...)

For colourblind me it is one colour  ;D , but I can imagine for people who aren't colourblind, there's a slight visible difference. Thanks for the picture, I'm going to order both now :)

I see a slight difference in the pic, but if it wasn´t told there is one I wouldn´t have noticed I think. In reality however, I´d be easier to notice the slight difference, especially in good light-conditions.

It gets worse and worse to find 100% matching parts (figure-parts & figure-accessories), it seems they now produce in every possible colour of the entire spectrum... More variation is very good but now it´s getting out of control  8}

Yes, I noticed the difference easily, "in the plastic". I can't really see it on the pic though  :-[

True. So far I found NOTHING matching the short skirt brown of the first Spirit woman :(

And just what we needed - another skincolor.. I realize this is really not new, but I hadn't noticed  ::)

I hadn´t checked it yet, but you are right, besides the print there is also  a small colour-difference between the "(mokka-)brownish" skirt (with black feet) from the first Spirit adult lady in set 9475 ("Lucky´s Happy Home") and the brownish skirt (with brown feet) from the 2nd lady  that comes in set 70121 (Miss Flores´ Classroom").

Concerning a 100% colour-match to the skirt (with black feet) of the 1st woman (from set 9475), there is 1 other part (as far as I´m aware of) that has exactly the same colour: the short vest from the wagon-driver in set 6932  ;)
Proof in the pic  ;D

Spirit Woman "A"

Spirit Woman "B"

Wagon Driver

And just what we needed - another skincolor.. I realize this is really not new, but I hadn't noticed  ::)

Youu mean the "dark-tan" skincolour, like from the fat guy in "Lucky´s Barn", right? Not that there is yet another new one??

:o  Good to know, though... well, won't really work for anything I have in mind - I'd need arms or torso...  (but I will check if I have that vest in the "vests box, anyways! :P )

Youu mean the "dark-tan" skincolour, like from the fat guy in "Lucky´s Barn", right? Not that there is yet another new one??

Probably, yes - there are a couple of the really weirdos from the Spirit sets that are that color (I got the torso and legs of that fat guy, so I don't have him "whole").. But it's the same as the new merman king too..

Nice and all, but.. well, I find that tan troublesome enough, to add a second one = meh. And ... I suppose it's not THAT different, if it wasn't widely mentioned it, right? Unless it was, just not here. That could be it  :(
