He has the torso from this special: 4690 - Skull Pirate (http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showinv.pl?set=4690)
and the legs from: 4776 - Pirates Take Along Dungeon (http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showinv.pl?setnum=4776)

30 00 5762 - Pirate chieftain, black suit with red trim, black hair and beard (http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-00-5762)
