Good morning dear Friends

Following the outstanding work of our Friend Sarrat with the creation of the Grand Theatre, I would like to introduce to a new Masterpiece in the making through the incredible work of our Friends Pau and Anibal Barca from Playclicks.com ( Spain )  :)

RMS TITANIC

A Masterpiece in the Making

Created by our Friends Pau and Anibal Barca from Playclicks.com ( Spain )

The RMS Titanic ( Royal Mail Steamer ) was the second ship from a trio of transatlantic liners known as the Olympic class, launched by the White Star Line.

The Titanic was the largest moving object ever created by man and the largest and most luxurious liner of its time, followed by the RMS Olympic.

On April 10th 1912, Titanic sailed from Southampton ( UK ) for its maiden voyage towards New York.

But at 23.40 on April 14th 1912, the great ship collided with an iceberg and went down at 2.20am in the early hours of April 15th 1912.

1517 people perished in the frozen waters of the North Atlantic making of Titanic's sinking the largest and most notorious maritime disaster of all times.

From the moment the great ship went down on that fatal night, Titanic became a legend in its own right.

Those interested in the circumstances which surrounded the era of Titanic and the tragedy itself will certainly find the following documentary interesting as it presents testimonies and materials unseen until then :

Wow! This reminds me of my boat-models making days. They're not done yet! A few hundred hours of hard work are standing before them.
But, great project! Are they going to sink it and make a diorama with the deep sea recovering subs?
Thanks Karim for sharing.
A.
PS: Karim, are you in the project too? Maybe you could provide the breakfast tables with tiny-tiny croissants and fresh baked bread! ;D

Good afternoon dear Friends !

This project is being carried on by our Friends Pau and Anibal Barca from Spain.

As soon as I discovered their project, I thought of sharing it with you just like I did with Sarrat's Grand Theatre.

I quite like the idea of freshly baked croissants, but as we all know, there was never to be a cosy breakfast for anyone on board of Titanic in the morning of April 15th 1912.

The sheer size of this gigantic project as far as the Playmo world is concerned deserved to be shared with our Friends beyond the Playclicks.com community !
