Indeed, they are made of resin-material. I think Gaspodfreud mentioned them in the thread from a few weeks ago about the custom-parts and custom-printing.
The seller writes in the auction that these hats are made of resin, are not produced by Playmobil and are aimed at adult collectors and not appropriate for use by children.
