Number 16 is from the 3766 Water Tower
It is access hatches on top of the roof too go inside the water tank  :o

Ok here is the update


Sylvia, Pingo and Highland are at  2 

Gustavo and Gordon are holding out at 1

Martin is in the lead with 3



note 1: do not forget some may not even be Playmobil and just were in the lot mixed in. I take out the obvious ones only
note 2: parts 12 & 6 seem to be broken and the arrow indicates which direction the missing section goes

I thought #9 could be part of a bicycle, like the one in set 3346 but, as I was taking a look at the instructions, at PlaymoDB, it seems that the bike is one piece only, therefore, my theory goes down ... :hmm:

Oh, I noticed the Arabian rifle without the second handle, by the way ... Looking forward to a better picture, so as to give a better judgement on it but: hasn't the handle been ripped off? ::)

I'll let you know if I find out any other of these mysterious parts, Ras! ;)
