figure made for german portal-member
« on: November 12, 2005, 18:59:24 »
Hi,

I made this figure for a member of the german Playmo-Portal based on a phantasy-figure from a PC-game.
phantasy is in the mind, realisation is in my hands!

This is the figure that was used as a model.

Love the boots and the flask!  Nice little details that make the whole thing work.

Yes, and the "cowl" around his neck. Very nice work Jean-Luc!

Awesome! That's a mean sword he has there. :0

My 15 y-o son saw the pics and thought he was amazing too. 8-)

The shape of the boots remind me of the ones that Santa's elves are wearing this season. ;D Have you modelled them? If so you've done an amazing job. They look so perfectly formed and symmetrical! :)

I love the detail of the boots, and their toes, the cowl, the blue accessories, the red bandillero/belt

Thank you for sharing him with us.

In fact, only the curled ends were modelled with epoxy mass. The same thing was done with the cowl, head gear, belt accessories and sword (with a playmo-sword inside it).
Thanks for the compliments... :)

Actually, more is in the making: the same person asked me to make a centaur based on this figure:
