Same ref.. but the colors are different....

I would guess that this is just a problem with the colour in the images (perhaps one image was compressed differently, for example), especially considering that the colours on the packaging are similarly "faded" in the picture on the right.
Did you see these in person or just in these images? Are the images from the same place?

Ah, no - opened the paler one today... Then looking at pics, saw I already had one with the penguin..
And looked it up. The paler one's torso is some sort of greyish color. The other seems black? Next weekend I'll get them side by side and sort them....

Oh, okay. That's strange. There are some differences in the printing too (not just colours), so they must have just changed something during the production run but didn't want to change the set number. :-\

They ARE different!
It's not just the print colors... the designs are different in the arms and armor, one does not have the legs printed, arms and torso are different (base) colors..
(I traded the hair on the second one for the back pic :-[ )

Those seem correct.
Nothing odd about it, teams here (football teams, but probably others too) all have several uniforms.. home, away, alternate.. whatever. Some are VERY different from the "normal"... :P
The odd part is that are two sets for the same team, WITH THE SAME REF. So.. what gives? Are there others?
We need someone who actually KNOWS these teams, probably. I only noticed when I looked at the pic I had taken of them a couple of weeks ago.... I don't know any ice hockey teams :-[
