A Peek Inside The Camper 5928
« on: April 01, 2013, 18:05:40 »

This is a great compact camper and I didn’t see an overhead view of the inside anywhere.  So here is a short review and a peek inside.

The camper comes with a woman, a man and a black Newfoundland dog.

The rear of the camper has a nifty ladder to climb and access the storage compartment on the roof.

The compartment holds the two folding chairs and table.

There is a very spacious rear storage compartment for the bicycle which is included.

When you remove the roof and extend the canopy, there sleeping areas for two adults and 2 children.

Removing the forward sleeping area affords a good look at the bucket seats.  You can also see the compact shower-toilet combo, efficient kitchen and dining area.

Removing the rear bedding shows clever storage for plates (4), cups (4), silverware, a pot and a skillet.

This is a wonderful, self contained unit with all the comforts of home.   Now for a garage to house it!

Thanks for the pics Joe.  I have one similiar to this, just a bit older. I got mine used and had no idea of the sleeping area above the driver's seat.

That does look cool I had a nice Camper Van in the 1990's similar sleeping arrangement and again with a fairly compact kitchen and dining area I think that one certainly looks very sturdy and as though it uses its space quite efficiently and the couple is nice as well I like  :)

Thanks Guys, glad you liked the pics.  I forgot to mention that the sink faucet and shower head both have extension hoses.  I think this is probably one thing the older models didn't have.  Great for giving the dog a bath.
It would be interesting to see a comparison shot of the older model.

I can assure you this version of the van is identical to the previous version (3647) except it includes less (the children, a bike, number of chairs, number of cups, plates, etc, for instance).

*wait a minute - was the 3647 AFTER the 5928?*

The colours are all that is different about the van. Well, some of the colours - main body and interior. Chassis and roof are the same colours.

I wonder if they listed for the same price?

I have a similar van in yellow, though I dont think it had much of a kitchen and there werent enough beds for the two adults and the two kids. Looks like it has been updated to a better version. Only without kids despite there being beds for them.  :eh?:

Is that a shower/toilet?

Thank god for 5 stars hotels!!

Great review Joe, very nice item though to my taste the outside of the truck would need more detail. It looks too plain and toyish.

well toilets and showers can be rare for clickies. mine dont have any showers, and only one toilet. which is in the camper.

Probably the issue when not collecting victorian and modern. No toilets, baths, showers and such for your clickies.  :(
