Went to a different Target today that is out of my way and found a slew of new sets!
5754 the Croc hunter set that was previously only available at Meijer's stores - $14.99!
In addition, there is no feer that the Pirates are going away. In addition to the Skull ship we already know about, there was another small set (pirate captain and cannon 5781) to replace the small Blackbeard's set. I saw the small raft set as well as one I have not seen anything written about yet at all 5782, a small Pirate's tower. The building is pretty basic System-X fare, but the cool thing is it has a new flag - skull with bandana. As well as the flag there are two NEW pirates! well, sort of new, they are new combinations using some old elements and some new ones. And one has a new head! It has abandana printed on it covering one eye!
I do not have access to a camera at work, but I hope to take photos tonight and post them - of the croc set, the 5782 and 5781. What I need to do is take the camera to Target and take photos of the sets I cannot afford to buy - such as a combo set with the fireboat and helicopter, a new speedboat and jetski set, and the new Knight's treasure chest, similar to last year's pirate one, but obviously with a knights theme. They also had the Eagle Castle, although no Eagle knights. There was also a small castle tower (system X) in black that came with two green warriors and a Wolf Clan knight! Phew, hope I remembered it all.
