And enrich it with various medieval strongholds and castles, maybe make a huge pirate island and build a fortress on it, and use a material to make sea and put all my playmobil ships, or just organise a trek with playmobil vehicles in sand areas...or make it an alien terrain from another planet and set up a space dioram.....or.... 
So much to do, and so little time....
You know, you would have to put down a tarp to have the sand on your floor...
That way none falls through cracks and distresses other people...
Noone says it cant be a
water-proof tarp!
Infact, I would insist upon it!
(Just think of what could be done if you make a pirate island and could use REAL water around it!!!
