Found on Facebook. Is it real or another hoax? My feeling is that it's faux, but I hope I'm wrong.

I don't understand what it's supposed to be representing. I've never seen a barista dressed like that.

Oliver:
Starbucks Reserve is their 'up market' brand (shown in the background pic) so maybe their staff wear that uniform - and if its one of two the other one could be a standard green uniform.
