Exactly my feeling, Oliver. I'm immensely grateful that PM provide a spare parts service. I'm not sure about Lego, but I don't think anyone else offers such a great service. I don't know why it's still redacted from the UK website. The spare parts service makes it possible to complete secondhand sets without resorting to eBay scalpers. I feel very lost without it, my incomplete sets have been piling up this year....

I'm sorry to hear of your long wait and ultimate cancellation of the order. Hopefully when you go to reorder, everything will be in stock and will arrive swiftly!

Macruran:
Kafkaesque!  :rudy:

What a story!

Unfortunately, not surprising...

I hope you manage to reorder everything... Made one yesterday.. we'll see how that goes. And how messed up it is, assuming it arrives... Actually, apparently they have been fast with parts orders... hope that is also true for me.

I agree on the possibility of ordering parts like this - it is AWESOME

Rasputin:
Holly cow,

The things collectors do to get parts :(o):

Then the parts are disconnected  :hissyfit:

I would be overwhelmed by frustration and unable to contain it.  >:(

Then stupidly would let Geobra know, then get black-listed ….again  :0  :whip:
