Title: UK Direct Service

Just a warning to anyone contacting the UK Customer Service via email, I sent them a few emails about a missing part and received no response. I called them yesterday to see what was going on and they advised that due to a problem with their system they don't receive emails sent from GMAIL accounts.

The joys of modern technology. I see from your avatar you wouldn't have any problems with changing the hat on the Magnum PI set.
