4397 signal availability?

Does anyone have any info on the 4397 railway signal that was supposed to be released as an add-on here in the US as shown in the new catalog?  They are not listed on the US website and the customer rep at Playmobil also stated they were unavailable with no info on them.

If anyone had any info on where I may find a source for ordering these or upcoming release of these please let me know as I would like to get multiples.
