5250 Outlaw Hideout
« on: September 06, 2012, 00:44:52 »
I believe this set was already reviewed, but I thought I'd go ahead and add a few pics. It's an awesome set!

a front view of the klickys themselves. I love the studded belt on the female, and the bullet holes on the middle guy's hat are hilarious! Wouldn't want too many like that, but it seems for a photo story, you could show it without the holes and then with them.

Not much to see here

I really like the rock cave that comes with the set. I believe the mossy plant is a new mold, it's different than the usual one.

wood crate, dynamite, rope, and cookware

Here are a couple of comparison shots of this crate with the old one. The new one, on the left, seems to be a thicker better quality plastic. It's lid comes off, rather than being hinged. Unfortunately it also has printing on it, so it is less versatile. ::)

flames and pieces of wood. The wood can be held in a klicky's hand, and the flames have pegs to fit into holes in certain other items in this series, like the wagon cover and fort walls.

And here is the new double-barrel shotgun!

notice the two hammers

and another view. ;D

And here's a view of the whole set. A very lovely little set.

we all over here love it. That is on the list for sure and before our train event. the only thing I would have changed it the color tones. The colors are too bright. I like most of the color combos and prints its just they could have been darker, the west was a dirty place after all. The blue of here dress is the only real complaint but it can be easily changed

Great pictures bb, I really like looking down the barrel  :o

Great review, Bonnie. The figures are wonderful, but I think the skunk makes the whole set.

what is the rope for, isnt that the one used to tie up the hog on a stick ?

I really couldn't figure out any particular reason to have this rope in the set. ??? Perhaps it can be used to tie a klicky hostages hands together? I haven't tried to see if that works, but I doubt it.
