Title: US Co-Op Fi?ures Series 8

I suppose it's time to start the co-op list again. For those unfamiliar with this here is what we do. Each new series of figures I purchase complete cases from my local independent toy store. I open all of them and if the cases have been packed evenly I end up with complete sets of figures that I then sell to co-op members at the cost to me. So far the price has remained consistent at $2.55 per figure making it $61.20 for a complete set of 24 figures. I can't absolutely confirm the price until they actually show up and the shop has been billed. We get a discount off of the retail price the shop sells at which is in turn based on what they are charged by Playmobil. The last few times we have been getting 3 cases for a total of 12 sets. Co-op members pay me actual shipping charges as well, normally this is Priority Mail as it's quick and easiest for me to do from work.

Please copy the list and add your name to it if you would like a set of Figures 8 as part of the co-op. If you want more than one set please note that with a number in parentheses after your name.

Tiermann - wow, I just discovered this!  Thanks so much for doing this.  Before I add my name to the list I had a question. Is it possible to just get a set (or 2) of the male figures rather than a complete set of 24?  Thanks!

My preference is to keep it complete sets of all, but depending on what isn't taken I may be willing to do just a boy set. Right now I have three cases ordered which is a potential 12 sets. 9 are spoken for so far so 3 sets left. This always assumes that I get evenly packed cases. Sometimes they are not and we are short a figure.

Okay, thanks.  Please put me down for 1 set (24 figs), however if possible I would prefer 2 sets of the male klickys (24 figs).  Thanks!

Last year we received the Spring series at the end of April, so I would expect a few more weeks yet. While released world wide there is still a month or two delay before it shows up in the US market.

The rep told the store it should be in the next two weeks. I have just seen them start turning up on eBay from US addresses finally so they are starting to hit the retailers finally. I will let you know when they are here.

Yeah, I saw the boy ones today at a local grocery store and was gonna buy some, but Id rather not waste money on duplicates and do it this way since they are just for my 5 year old.

They didnt have any girl ones though..

They've arrived at the shop. I will pick them up tomorrow and should have most ready to ship out early next week. I will let you know totals after I pay for them. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I recall you may have extras for sale from time to time.  If so, if you have a spare women who appears to be wearing a dirndl, carrying flowers, I'd be interested.

I've opened all the boxes, they were even except for the last box of girls where it was missing one bunny lady and one clown and had an extra executive and witch instead.

I've sorted complete sets for everyone who ordered them and have them packed in boxes ready to go out. I've sent invoices to everyone and a few people have paid and will be getting their figures shipped out on Monday.

Generally speaking this is a great series with lots of nice parts in it.  Not too many extra parts in the bags this time, and found only one error - a skater girl who had two grey cuffs instead of one white and one grey. I fixed that with an extra white cuff I had on hand.
