Whilst I like the idea of this theme, Geobra are sorely disappointing me by introducing "girl' sets in pastel colours. We have Fisher Price for that . :hmm:

Yeah, I totally agree. I have been hoping for a hotel theme and initially I was very happy about these new sets, although my enthusiasm for them is starting to disappear. The pink walls, roofs and furniture really limit the possibility of scenarios that can be created with this theme. :(

If it werent pink, they would have gotten more sales from it. Boys would be ridiculed by other children for wanting girly looking playmobil, dads might be reluctant to buy it for their sons, etc.

While in fact its a theme that could appeal equally to both boys and girls.

Personly I'd love to see a playmobil version of "the cocoanuts" using the hotel, including clickies that look like the marx brothers.  :)

Yes I know, me too. A pink roof? Come on now!

Just pretend it's in Miami!

If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

The pink color might push away some customers, but I think it's a great theme.
I could see a scene with a diplomate and a hostage situation. Call in the Top Agents to the rescue!

It would have gone over great in the US about 5 years ago, when "The Suite Life of Zach and Cody" was big on the Disney channel.
