Playmo Pueblo
« on: March 29, 2006, 21:47:02 »
Hi Playmofriends,  This is a "Playmobil"scale  Hopi Pueblo modeled from the Hopi Pueblos in Northern Arizona.  It's made from 1/2 inch plywood through out, stuccoed, and painted inside and out.   Access is from the back of the pueblo.  There is a Playmobil Indian maiden on the roof for scale comparison.

Best regards

Jim

That is wonderful!

I've never seen anything like this built especially to Playmo-scale before.
Just imagine the interesting and fun scenes you could set up by adding extra klickies, animals and other accessories! 8-)

Fab creation, James! I like the name you gave it too - "playmoblo". It fits perfectly. ;)
Thanks for posting this! :D

Yes, indeed, the name and model are perfect.  :)   All it needs is a Mexican theme, or would an American Indian theme be ok too?

That construction style lends itself nicely to scratch work it seems.

Have you made any garages or hangars for your vehicles?

Excellent pueblo! It very much captures the feel of the Southwest.

Can we get pictures showing the open rear of the buildings and other angles?

Yeah!  :D
I can just imagine this as a steck building, the way each section stacks on top of one another. :yup:
