i hope these items will be avaiable in europe.
i liked the pirate boat and liked the "tradicional" sails (the last red plastic ones didn't turn out as good as i imagined).
a must have, surely.

I understood that the plastic sails weren't all that hot, too.........I know that the Blackbeard's ship hasnt sold as well as expected and that might be why!

  apart form the plastic sails, Jettix2, the last pirate ship also lacked pirates and accessories.
To compensate this I gathered some special sets from the same release time and "completed" the crew.
Maybe this is a lesson to Playmobil and maybe, in the future, they can be a little more imaginative completing the sets with extra treasure chests, bags, fuit, cannons, etc...
The 3750 set is still my prefered one. I bought the BNIB European version on Ebay and later completed it with the clickies from the US version. It´s now a crew of 8 + 2 children vessel and I am very proud of it.
Let's wait and see what the future gives us.

Maybe it's me .. but ...

The Pirateship is rather nice - but nothing really special - just an old set in new colours.
The Eagle castle is just a smaller version of the King's castle with all old parts. Only some of the acessories are new; so that it fits the "Eagle" theme.

All in all; I am a bit disappointed

I like the sail and the stickers on the new ship.
be otherwise, I am not very enthusiastic about either of these sets.
I havent liked the Sys X castles before, and this doesnt change my opinion.

Since a few days, 5778 Skull Pirate Ship and 5783 Eagle Castle can be spotted on ebay...

I must have this set.  And it isn't PURPLE like the first pictures made it appear.
