My first U.S. Direct Service (DS) Problem

I ordered some lions and some vultures from DS, and received less than half of what I ordered. The information on the packing slip doesn't even match up to what I received.
Has anyone else had this problem? Was DS good about fixing the problem?

A month or two ago they sent me the wrong klicky. I called them up and told them and they sent me the right one and let me keep the mistake too (which was a really nice one, actually). So my experience with them fixing their mistakes is good.

I called this morning, and they were very nice about sending the rest of my order at no charge. I guess this happens a lot 8} ;D

Yes, this does happen.
They are very nice about fixing the problems.
All it takes is a nice polite phone call and PM tries to make it right.
