Some progress pics for you to evaluate and comment...
Bit of trial and error with the wings, it's the first time I build something so difficult  8}
I'm quite happy with the engines result, so much work left!









This solution is no good, the threaded rod is too high and crosses the cabin



This one a bit better but still no... will close the holes afterwards...

Love the aircraft so far, one observation, I am assuming that the rear most window will be removed and filled in as the DC-3 only had 7 and I count 8 on yours?

Der Anfang schaut mehr als verheißungsvoll aus. Ich hoffe, die Luftfahrtgesellschaft ist nicht pleite gegangen und wir werden hier noch weitere Bilder zu sehen bekommen!

A very promising start! Hope that airline didn't crash (financially) so we're going to see some more pics of that great project.
