Title: Child Figure

I fell upon a photo today of a lot of children.   My question is... what set does the girl with the blonde hair and long, light yellow dress on in the second row come from. (not the angel child, the one to the left of the baby)  I am a figure collector so me not knowing where a figure comes from is a first.  I can usually tell a custom as well.. but this figure can not be.    I am wondering if someone got their hands on a figure from a set that is not currently released..   A future Roman child perhaps??   Anyone have an answer?

Update... I found my girl.

I must have all these sets I think.. Playmobil can play with playmobil.... COOOOOOOOL!
