These are great pics, Manu, and they have also highlighted how different this new one is compared to the old one:

3001 - Excavator

Which is why I kept seeing it in shops but never bought it as I thought it was just a repaint with a new digging action :-[

I may just have to buy one now :toot:

What a great, sturdy-looking toy! The Toy Box in Godalming, Surrey, had a huge construction set-up in their window, or was it the mining one? Either way, it looked magnificent!
