Title: Coffee Shop Play box 9109
Post by: leefert on October 31, 2017, 20:14:03
When this was first announced, I kind of doubted the set.  I mean, how many kids would want to play with a coffee shop.  We're talking kids who weren't even born when the TV show FRIENDS went off of the air... but then I remembered that we are in the Starbucks generation.  And I decided to give it a shot.  After all, I have uses for the Cupcakes and Donuts (which I need many many more of).

Yet another box with A LOT of extra space

And all together... without my Holiday addition

This one is just right in a lot of ways.  The color is spot on, the images in the background are as well.  I like this one.

Very nice...  Thank you for the pics!

I tend to avoid the "playboxes"... But the colors are gorgeous.

(Isn't the customer a known klicky? It's so disappointing)

I could use cupcakes myself.. well, I mean for the klickys!

Both of the Klickies are not originals, I wish they would have come up with unique Klickies for it

I'm not a fan of these boxes, or the sticker backgrounds - Fisher Price used to do sets like that when I was a kid and I thought they were inferior to Playmobil at the time.

Having said that, the colour scheme is nicely muted - is the coffee machine new? I quite like the look of it, and I love any food accessories. The figures I can take or leave - I don't mind them doing repeats though in principal.
