I felt this topic contained such usefull information that i decided it is going to be one of the first to be chosen as a 'sticky' which will remain at the top of the forum for easy reference. I have 'split' all feedback and questions just to tidy it up a little. After a few weeks i will finally remove this message and just leave the link in place.
