What an outstanding beauty  :wow: :wow: :wow:

Always a treat to see MG & R's new diorama and this one is no exception  :xholly:

Deauville Resort is what comes to my mind with its chic old fashioned Grand Hotels and stripped beach huts  :rudy:

Every close up brings more lovingly arranged details to discover !!!

Here is to you MG & R to a wonderful 2010  :xmascheer:

I've just found the links under the photos and I'm even more speechless!
I love the striped beech huts, the pier, the hotel, in fact just everything :wow:  :wow:  :wow:  What did you use for the sea, was it cellophane? also how long did it take to build? It really is amazing! Thank you for showing us.

Hi, MacGayver & Rapunzel, having studied your excellent photos again and again and again ...I was curious as to how you produced the pieces that hold the roof together on the larger houses.  I have been thinking about extending my house - making it wider but not sure how to do the roof - can you help?
Regards, Elaine

The pieces that hold the roof together on the larger houses are from the last dollhouse
The smallones have been cut and pasted
If you look closely you'll see the difference in the colour
