Hello, Gordon ...
Is this the propane tank?
(If it is, and no one else gets the number for you before you answer, I'll go scan the plans for you.)
All the best,
Richard

Thanks for that, Richard. It is there, then, but as a camp stove. I got thrown as the hose for it is described as "hose for propane tank".

You're very welcome, Gordon!
I was just looking at another picture and it is (as you said) a propane tank connected (as Heather said) to a camp stove ... :)
Glad to be of help.
All the best,
Richard

Fixed, thanks guys! (Where did get the idea it was the camp stove itself? Never mind.)

Thanks, Heather. BTW, I have a photo to send you of the part of the 3880 and its THW version not shown on the plans.

Heather, you should never even hint at offering an apology for your incredible Data Base. I am totally amazed at the overall accuracy that you have achieved. And, completely in awe of the very appropriate descriptions and titles that you have created for the various Playmobil parts and sets.
All I can say is ... Thank you!

Thanks Richard. I just meant to stress that I'm making up a lot of the data as I go along. Suggestions/corrections/wonderings are always welcome, and anything I can tweak to make the site easier to use - like this part-name change - I'll grab it. If anyone can't find something that ought to be there or can't figure out how to use a feature, speak up or drop me an email - there's either a good reason for it or an easy fix.
If you think about it, the lack of traffic in this particular forum, compared to even a couple of years ago, is very encouraging!

Sometimes I'm I bit slow, Heather ... :eh?:
Would you please help me to understand your sentence above ... ???
Thank you,
Richard

There is another design I have been experimenting with, that is slightly larger, & a very similar design found in sets; 4429, 4096, 3190, 5700, 4469, 3399, 3479, & 3772 that is used as a divers buoy, & is available in different colors. There is also a small round disc weight available for the buoy design to keep it upright in water. BTW, It does not require any modifications to use the propane supply hose as shown.

I've been using them as gas cylinders, Bill.

I'm experimenting with both of these designs being used as large hydraulic jacks based on Tim_W's original design, because they are enclosed at the bottom, but they're still in progress. What type of gas cylinders are you using the buoys for, propane?
