Congrats!  You will be very happy with these structures!!!

You could get a few of the 7145 barn/house and use those parts to make your own houses - combinations of half-timbered parts and stone walls like the originals.  You can also take the coloured pieces out and paint them, too, to make your own painted half-timbered houses.  White ones would probably be the best for this.

And some comments...  7785 and 7847 are in good condition but in 7109 one of the "arch" windows is in bad shape... I wonder where Giorginetto get all his windows for the castle (?)
