He's the last Indian Chief from ds..

6271 Indian Chief (http://www.playmobil.de/on/demandware.store/Sites-DE-Site/de_DE/Product-Show?pid=6271&showSpareParts=false&cgid=Western#cgid=Western&start=10)

You got a part number?

Ah yes, Frankenstein Chief.  This guy looks so cobbled together.  Different pattern pants, shirts, sleeves, and shield.  His outfit has no rhyme or reason.  A lazy attempt Playmobil.

Thank Tahra!!!!! I meant to buy two of those ds speedo-injuns but ended up getting these for 30001623 but didnt forward this ETN to Heather in case it wasn't my number that was wrong but that they sent me the wrong one although from experience I'd bet the ETN is correct for the chief...what say you Heather?

and el jefe....I looked and looked at his arms(sleeves) in disbelief, even tho I knew little about native americans, I just couldn't put his arms on any other klicky to avoid having a twin, maybe he's Crazy Horse

As hobbled together as this guy looks, I've seen much more "colourful" garb in person.

The Cree and Souix indians here have some pretty colourful outfits.  These pics are from local powwows:
