I'm celebrating my 50th birthday today (Sunday), so it's most fortunate that Playmobil just released the gift set "Stargazer" (Geschenkset "Sternengucker"), so that I could spoil myself. ;D Ever since first setting eyes on him in the catalogue, I have been looking forward to getting this man of science, so it's very nice to do so today.

There is an extra leaflet in the box. Is this a Brexit thing?

It's always great when new Playmobil printed materials are released. To my eye the ones in this set appear a bit too modern for a Renaissance setting. The globe also shows all continents (except Antartica), which would be off as well, but luckily features a sea serpent:

I have found that in some 2021 boxes and even in new Plus sets, but not in all of them. It sometimes also has that text on the box or Plus bag (of the boxes or bags made in 2021).

It is a Brexit thing. UK companies can no longer use the CE mark, hence the UKCA mark. So a slip of paper needs to be included if the product is likely to get sold in the UK.
"The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking is a new UK product marking that is used for goods being placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). It covers most goods which previously required the CE marking." www.gov.uk
If you wonder why the Northern Ireland part of the UK is not included, you have found the crux of why Brexit took so long to bring about. That and fish. 8}
