As I expected... Sell same items in different colours, generate cashflow (They are learning, Tahra).
I want the (light)yellow Beetle, childhood memories about grandma.
No need for the lightblue van.

Resistance is futile, you will be boarded!

They are nice - but I will stick to the originals. :)
Though I can see people prefering these - specially the VW van with Surf-vibe all over :D

... and then dusk came and brought despair.

These vehicles are on the website.  However, as someone who drove both of these vehicles across the country and through 8 years of college and graduate school, my memories are very mixed and mostly centered around blown engines that needed replacement, unheated winter time driving and running push-starts that required you time when you jumped in to pop the clutch to start the engine (as the starter had failed).  The vehicles were affordable but I am very happy to not have driven one since the 1970s.

But wasn't that character-forming? Anyway, a lot of vehicles needed bump-starting in the 70s from my memory!

Good to hear from you Finbar. Would you like to introduce yourself on the 'Welcome' section of the forum?
At that moment the ship suddenly stopped rocking and swaying, the engine pitch settled down to a gentle hum. 'Hey Ford.' said Zaphod, 'that sounds good. Have you worked out the controls on this boat?' 'No,' said Ford, 'I just stopped fiddling with them.' (With thanks to Douglas Adams)
