Turn to Klickywelt's indispensable Übersicht Reifröcke to find out that this figure came with the German Playmobil-Magazin "Girl" 1/2012. The magazine itself is depicted in another valuable (and long!) Klickywelt thread. I think you need to be registered there to access the links.
