That's interesting they are available in Portugal now. They were in Germany last year for just one year and then disappeared. They haven't been in the US yet, and may not make it. Love the little lava monsters and ice guys.

No mystery there, we get things a year later... I am afraid they won't last the catalog renewal though...

I love them too. Bought them recently, actually

Surprisingly the little alien figures were available from Parts in Germany so I bought a bunch of extras. I guess they didn't consider them "Figures" and thus excluded from the parts ordering system.

They have the same bodies as the aliens from Super 4 and those are also available as spare parts. I thought the fireballs, iceballs would make good pompoms for an alien cheer squad.
Don't know if I really want to spend money on them though. They certainly make good little demons. The red one reminds me of Iron Man.

Tim, this is another knock-your-socks-off Christmas diorama, and once again you have outdone yourself.  Like everyone else, I love the market stalls, and the specialty stores, the snow board racks, the snowmen with their special signage, the details behind the bakery and the pizza shop.  You have a great knack for using your duplicates in a most creative way.  The ice aliens were interesting, I have never seen them before.  Love the living nativity set up, with the three kings.  It is always a treat to see what you will dream up each year.  Thanks Tim

Lovely setup, Tim! Reminds me a lot of the Christmas markets in Germany! Great job!

This dio really showcases the magic of Playmobil, namely that it draws us into a miniature world.

That mini-nativity is a great little set, you've used it brilliantly.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone. Be sure to look back in the archives for previous years. I have been doing at least a Winter diorama for years now.

Beautifully done! Especially because of the way you combined the buildings and the way you added snow. Very nice!
