« on: April 14, 2017, 11:37:39 »
Three Valaisans are at the origin of this work that captivates young and old. To discover at the old Museum of the Bishopric of Zion. http://www.lematin.ch/suisse/Les-dernieres-heures-de-Jesus-en-Playmobil/story/21862091

I guess I am the only one who feels these images don't belong here, or any near playmobil. Incredibly violent and bad taste, imo.

Bad taste? This is the only Playmobil Crucifixion in which the arms AREN'T melted and bent in contravention of geobra policy! You should be praising it!

Crucifixion is extremely bad taste in playmo (or in most other settings, most likely). As are any other explicit violent scenes (with playmobil, I mean).

So you are against the gladiator arena and all the other violent sets (hundreds)?

No. The arena as it is shown in the box no... If there was a bloodbath depicted... Meh.

They're depicted fighting on the box. Shedding blood for the amusement of spectators and spectatrices.

Fight is different from torture, no?

But hey, if people feel it's fine (I mean people who find other little things objectionable) - and they obviously do, for some reason, not my business.  Hopefully it will stop after these days.

Strange world indeed, like Martin says.

Here's a picture you'll like: some Christians about to be murdered in the arena!
