5564 Police Tank

5564 Police Tank

The set was out of stock several times, and we finally got it recently, with the pcc orders.

This is what I had in mind as soon as I saw the Top Agents one (now I think maybe I shouldn't keep it?)

The box is HUMONGOUS - you could easily fit two in there:

(No, I'm not over this. Yes, I will complain about it every single time.)

Btw, the windshield part was properly bagged to protect the "glass".

Contents:

The instructions are LOUSY quality. They feel off immediately, and actually STINK. :(

I thought it was odd that the passenger seat is a part.. well.. apart. Later on the instructions, mystery solved: the set is compatible not only with the RC modul thing, but also with the spy camera - which explains why the passenger seat comes off - the camera goes there if you so wish). Part of me wishes to have an rc thing to try this. Then again, we would try it once (scare the Hades out of Pudim, and Gods know what the others would do to it) and never use it again.. So, in all... not a good idea.

New system X tool:

Everything:

The windows are actually a sticker, like the mirrors, with a "cover" - here shown with (left) and without (right) that cover... The effect is really nice.

Oh, and I managed to cut my finger putting those bars on top :-[

The insides...

I actually wish it would have more room for troops inside...

The "cockpit" - gorgeous

And this time, the guys can actually fit there with the guns and all...

Whoever was responsible for this one: congratulations. It is a GREAT gorgeous set, all brute and dark
(ah, and 58th? THANK YOU.)

Playmobil could use it as the basis for an airport fire engine:

Yes, someone did but I've forgotten who and which forum.

You've lost me on the last sentence!

The Super 4 vehicle (Chameleon) looks like this tank: Link

I'm guessing it's wider? THE WAIT  ::)

Thanks for the review. This one is on the must have list. Will also be waiting for a rescue version.
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

I actually bought the Chameleon set (on sale!) to get ONE figure that I needed for my Project. I still can't quite believe I did that, but eBay and DS failed me, and I NEEDED that klickie!   Subsequently the vehicle still remains unassembled in the box.
