Das Fenster war eine normale Wand, in die ich einen passenden Ausschnitt gedremelt habe. That part used to be a normal wall, in which I cut an opening matching the window frame.

I spent three more hours in my Playmobil den yesterday night. Here's a first result. The big roof's put up and I hope it'll prove to be strong enough. The attic floor's to be replaced by a wooden board.


Drei weitere Arbeitsstunden später:


Auch das Schiff hat jetzt ein Dach bekommen.


Auch aus Trittschallplatten - die Frage wird sein, ob die Größe nicht zu viel für die Statik ist!


Der Dach-Boden wird auf alle Fälle noch durch eine Sperrholzplatte ersetzt werden.

Und weiter - on we go. Roof parts where replaced by wooden boards. A ceiling cutout'll enable us to look inside the church. And a wheel barrow provides me with the parts neded for the chandeliers suspension.


Das Dach wird der Stabilität wegen nun doch aus Sperrholz gebaut


Dann bekommt der Dachboden seinen Ausschnitt,...


...damit man später in den Innenraum wird schauen können.


Aus der Gabel einer Schubkarre...


...wird die Umlenkung für den Leuchter gebaut.

Heute zur Abwechslung mal Mobiliar. Some furniture just for a change. The banches where to be extended. The first result yet wasn't what I hoped it to be.


Die Bänke werden auf 'Normalmaß' verlängert.


Hmm, ich glaube, das ist noch nicht der Weisheit letzter Schluß.

Painting the inner walls. Zwei Schritte weiter: Rück- und Südwand wurden innen gestrichen.





In der Ecke hat der Maler geschlampt  :klonk .

How will you finish the benches? Is that a bench from a ship's interior, by the way?
